Unlike most hot sauces out there made with mostly cheap filler ingredients such as pineapples and carrots, with a small amount of chili peppers added just for heat, Cosmic Sass is made with purely chili peppers. You can see the difference in the vibrant red color and taste it in the multi-dimensional flavors.
The vivid taste comes from Nature’s magical process of fermentation, which brings out both the fruitiness and the depth of the chili peppers.
Using pure Fresno chili peppers is not cheap, and so is using an organic expeller-pressed oil. We don't support crappy, chemical-laden, inflammation-causing oils.
